WHO KNEW Pollinator Gardens Would Be So Important to Us All?

Now that I have your attention, why not turn one of your gardens or part of a lawn into a pollinator garden? The Town of Hanover Biodiversity Committee website has wonderful information for planting a garden and a list of mostly native plants that bloom during different months from spring to fall. Also available are links to more lists of pollinator plants, seed sources, research articles and books.

The ground is warming up, it’s time to draw up a plan for this summer’s gardens. Think about including or expanding your pollinator plants to attract more bees, butterflies and pollinating insects.
