UPDATE - The January 31 styrofoam collection has been rescheduled due to extreme weather. The new date is Saturday, February 7. See the new event page.
Bring your styrofoam and old holiday string lights for recycling. We accept #6 styrofoam packaging, meat trays, coolers, egg cartons and more. All items must be clean and have all tape and stickers removed. No peanuts or flexible foam. The collected styrofoam will be trucked to Gilford NH to be compressed and sent on to be manufactured into new products.
Old string lights are also accepted for recycling. No packaging and no rubber bands, please.
In case of extreme weather, the snow date will be Saturday, Feb 7 at the same time and location.
All are welcome. There is no charge. Donations are appreciated to cover the cost of truck rental and other collection expenses. If you would like to help as a volunteer, please sign up at https://forms.gle/NA3LaeJFAS91AYY66.
