WHO KNEW News and Holiday Greetings!

Those of us on the Sustainable Hanover Community Climate Connections Committee who research and write our WHO KNEWs every Tuesday for the Hanover List Serve, wish you a peaceful and joyful season celebrating the many holidays that take place this time of year.

We also thank you for reading our WHO KNEWs. We hope that you will email us with suggestions about topics for us to address. We can always use writers and would welcome new volunteers. We meet monthly for an hour on Zoom, so most of our activity is on one’s own time schedule. Please email me if you are interested.

Finally, as you go through the holidays, please save your styrofoam for the next Styrofoam Recycling event on Jan. 31st, 2026, from 10-12 at the Richmond Middle School. Christmas string lights will also be accepted for recycling!

We will be taking a break next week, but will be back on Dec. 30th.
