A Community Build in the spirit of an old fashioned barn-raising! Volunteers and customer-participants team up to assemble attractive custom-built interior storm windows to lower fuel bills and increase comfort and warmth in the winter. Inserts are manufactured to order by the Maine-based non-profit Window Dressers.

This Windows Inserts program is sponsored by Sustainable Hanover and the Norwich Energy Committee for residents who live or work in our towns. We are currently accepting insert orders to be built September 26 to October 2. Subsidies available for households that have received fuel assistance or other services from the Haven, LISTEN, COVER or the Hanover Welfare Office. Questions? Contact Dennis Robison.
