2026 Town of Hanover / Dartmouth College Community Yard Sale

The Community Yard Sale returns to Dewey Field Lot on Saturday, September 5. Rain or shine. The Dewey Field Lot is on Dewey Field Road, across from the traffic lights where Rte 120 (N. Park St) joins Rte 10 N (Lyme Rd).

Shoppers and bargain-hunters: find affordable items and yet-to-be-discovered treasures, meet new and old friends at the Community Yard Sale. Free entry. Gates open at 10 am. No early birds. Arrive earlier than 10 am if you don’t mind waiting.

Sellers: buyers are looking for items that you no longer need! Send your good usable items to a new home! You’ll make a little money, free up space in your house and have a good time doing it at the Community Yard Sale. A sale space consists of 2 parking spaces. Cost is $25 (or $50 for a double). The annual Hanover Community Yard Sale is sponsored by the Sustainable Hanover Recycling/Waste Reduction Team and the Sustainability Office of Dartmouth College to keep good, usable “stuff” in circulation and out of the landfill.
